Without an account : the public pages work without registration. We use umami, a cookieless, self-hosted analytics tool that stores aggregated page-view statistics only: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers, no data shared with third parties.
With an account : your email address and password (stored hashed by our authentication system), plus the content you create: portfolios, notes, saved settings and API keys (stored hashed). Each signup creates an isolated workspace; your content is not visible to other users.
API usage : each API call is logged (IP address, User-Agent, endpoint, response code, latency, API-key id) for security and quota enforcement. Logs are retained 90 days. See the API Terms for details.
We process account data to provide the service (contract), usage logs to secure and operate the platform (legitimate interest), and your email to send service messages such as terms updates (legitimate interest). We do not sell personal data, we do not run advertising, and we do not send marketing emails without explicit opt-in.
All platform data, including account data, is hosted on our own infrastructure in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany), on a self-hosted database under our control. Encrypted backups are kept on separate storage. If we enable third-party error monitoring (e.g. Sentry), error reports are scrubbed of personal data where feasible; this policy will be updated accordingly.
The only cookies used are the authentication session cookies required to keep you logged in. There are no analytics or advertising cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner.
Account data is kept for as long as the account exists. When you delete your account, your personal data and workspace content are removed from the live database; encrypted backups roll off within 90 days. API logs are retained 90 days. Aggregated, non-personal statistics may be kept longer.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and export your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on it. Write to privacy@hub-equity.com ; we answer within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) or your local supervisory authority.
We may update this policy as the platform evolves; material changes are announced on the platform and/or by email with 30 days notice.
